Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Sidama Highlands Cooperative · Natural process

  • Blueberry
  • Jasmine
  • Bright acidity

Our most requested single-origin, and the one most likely to be poured at a Saturday cupping. The natural process leans into fruit-forward sweetness, which is why it shows up most often on our latte art practice bar — it holds up well under milk.

Colombia Huila

Alto Verde Growers Collective · Washed process

  • Caramel
  • Red apple
  • Balanced body

The coffee we hand to anyone who says they don't usually like "fancy" coffee. Clean, balanced, and forgiving of an imperfect pour-over technique, which makes it the default recommendation at Home Brewing 101.

Guatemala Antigua

Finca Los Volcanes · Washed process

  • Dark chocolate
  • Toasted almond
  • Full body

Grown on volcanic soil at higher elevation than our other two farms, which shows up as a heavier body and more cocoa than fruit. It's the base for our Harbor Dark blend when the harvest allows.
